PMO consists of senior management team from Qatalys and is empowered to take decisions on the functioning of client engagement starting with:
- Technology
- Tools
- Quality process and tailoring if required
- Resources
- Infrastructure
- Communication channels
- Risks and risk management.
PMO helps in initiating a client engagement and taking the relationship to a strategic level over a period of time. PMO also takes into account the various roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders in individual projects as well as programs on the whole.
