Rao Telidevara (Chairman)
	Rao Telidevara is an MBA from Cox School of Business and an MS in Comp. Science from Colorado State University. He has more than 15 years of experience in providing business solutions and IT outsourcing, Rao holds the honor of spearheading Satyam's first offshore project. He is the promoter and founder director of VisualSoft Technologies, Limited, a public listed company." He is also the proud recipient of best entrepreneur award from ATA in July 2000.
Kenny Batchu (Vice President – Project Solutions)
	Kenny's responsibilities include overseeing sales, business development and customer care in the North Americas. Before joining Qatalys Kenny spent his professional career from 1983 to 1996 entirely in information technology sales, marketing in Asia and North Eastern region of US. Kenny specializes in IT solution sales for large and medium clients, and plays responsive role in client interactions, requirement gathering, solution alternatives development and ongoing project coordination. Kenny has a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, beside various certifications in software and systems.
James R. Easley (Senior Vice President - Sales)
	James R. Easley (Jim) is Senior Vice President, Corporate Marketing. Jim is a Computer Sciences Professional and was associated with Silicon Valley companies and Fortune 500 companies. Jim is highly experienced in software services and solutions sales.
Pramod M (Head of Delivery)
	Pramod brings to us rich experience in offshore delivery. He has vast experience in handling geographically dispersed technical team to meet customer requirements in various domains, BFSI, healthcare, Business Intelligence. Before Qatalys, he worked for companies AIG, Cognizant. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and a speaker & trainer on various Project Management and Agile Development forums. Pramod has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Masters from BITS, Pilani.
